If you know anyone who can help us on the softball side, please reach out!
Our program needs great volunteers to build and grow Oswego softball players.
• Director In House Softball

Our board meeting is open to the public.  If anyone is interested in any of these positions or would like to learn more about any of them, please contact Shaun Currer, Executive President - OBSA
If you're not interested in one of those positions but are interested in helping out, we can always use additional help somewhere within the organization.  Additional information about our board of directors can be found on our website.

Our organization is currently in a very healthy state but the future is only as good as the volunteers that help run it. Thank you to everyone that currently volunteers their time and energy to our great Baseball and Softball community.

OBSA is run by VOLUNTEERS.

We are always looking for additional volunteers to help run our baseball and softball programs, fundraising events and activities throughout the year.  Our Board of Director positions are up for election every year and we welcome all parents who want to help!

Pony Baseball and Softball is an organization designed to build good citizens. It is a program of leadership, preparing today's youth to be tomorrow's leaders. At the local level, Pony baseball relies on a devoted legion of adult volunteers to help ensure that the organization remains structured and runs smoothly. The Oswego program is always looking for responsible and enthusiastic individuals to support and coordinate events and activities. As a volunteer, you should have a keen interest in the safety, well-being, and overall development of children.

YOU can become a volunteer.  Whatever talents or skills you have, we can use them!  Across the country, volunteers are not only parent but grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles.  All parents of children involved in Pony Baseball and Softball are strongly encouraged to volunteer. As a parent-volunteer, you have the opportunity to spend quality time with your child in a safe, fun-filled environment. Often times, parent and child social lives parallel each other.  Volunteering allows your life and your child's life to intersect on common ground with shared interests and goals.

If you have any questions about a position, please contact Shaun Currer, [email protected].
